We are the Day’s-Danny, Natalie, Brian and Amy. We were established April 17, 1994 in White House, TN. There are many places that are dear to our hearts and we call “home”. For now, home is Okinawa, Japan. We could not live in more beautiful or peaceful environment. We have lived in Japan before (2002-2004) and we are currently approaching the one year anniversary of our second tour. Even so, I still feel like I am on vacation everyday.
Danny is a Marine and I work for Bank of America Overseas. Brian will start high school this summer. He is a computer geek, skater boi, hockey fanatic, girl crazy typical 13 year old. Amy will start junior high this summer. She eats, sleeps and breathes gymnastics. We have a dog that, quite frankly, is more human than some humans I know. And a cat that is more than a few cards short of a full deck.
Our lives are chaotic to say the very least. But it is an organized chaos and it works for us. So there you have it…..we are what we are!
Natalie – I didn’t know you guys were back in Okinawa!! Awesome! Have you gone and seen Ray at the Arts N Crafts? Gonna work there again?
We’re still in England, but Craig said he wants to go back to Okinawa when this tour is over (Mar 2010) so maybe we’ll see ya there again!
You guys are the coolest! Especially Amy – when she’s in a cool cave chasing bats and stuff! Oh, I think I mispelled stalactites too.

I fully enjoyed all the pictures & your story. I am so happy, you are so happy, where you are. It sounds like a great place to live. So glad the children are enjoying life in Okinawa!
